The origin of Idolight’s products follows a specific path: both in case of internal or external input (bespoke request), once the idea is identified and the feasibility is verified, the real technical design begins.
3D MODELLING

Starting from the draft, a digital three-dimensional model is realised, trying to approximate as accurately as possible the actual dimensions of the decoration and the employed materials: a special attention is paid to the way the structure should be manufactured in order to be easily handled by the final customer.
LIGHTS AND MATERIALS

Once the structural design is defined, the frame’s covering can be conceived, considering light installation and finishing materials.
MANUFACTURING

Now that all the major details of the product have been set, the decoration is ready to be manufactured in one of Idolight’s production facilities.
THE FINAL TOUCH

The finished product is tested, then it’s disassembled and carefully packaged to allow a simple, safe and economical transportation. Along with the ordered product, the customers always receive a user manual that describes in a methodical and understandable way all the steps to assemble the decoration.
